Based on the petticoat of bygone days this contemporary pettiskirt is a fluffy and feminine confection that every little girl dreams of.  It is made using rolls of Chiffon so there is no cutting and using a ruffle attachment for your machine that eliminates the gathering of miles and miles of Chiffon.  You will be amazed at how fast this sews up and what a beautiful twirrly skirt for your special girl.

You will learn the "ins & outs" of using your Ruffler attachment for your machine & will be a Ruffler Pro by the end of class!
