How to Use Your Sewing Machine -
At Sew Special Studio we often hear -- "I have a new sewing machine that I don't know how to use..............", "My mother/husband/sister (insert your friend or family member here) gave me a machine, but I don't know how to use it......." Or other statements that are similar to these! So we've decided to offer a class to help you learn the basic operation of your sewing machine.
Each student will bring their own machine (operators manual is required), and we will help you learn the basic operations of your machine. Students will learn to thread, wind a bobbin, adjust tensions, clean & maintain, adjust stitches & so much more about their machines. Once you have mastered a basic straight stitch and zig-zag -- you can easily go on to soooo many other sewing projects. This class will allow you to participate in all of our Entry Level sewing classes -- sewing aprons, quilts, purses & more!! Open to all makes & models of machines.
Thursday, July 8th from 6:30 -8:30pm
OR Wednesday, July 28th - 10am-12:00
Class fee $39 - Terri Johnson, Instructor
